LCM Design LLC (“LCM Design”) is committed to offer its customers and those who will use our Websites the highest level of privacy. The following Privacy Policy provides details on how your personal information might be collected and used. LCMDesign.net and boat-mail.net (the Websites) are bound by this Privacy Policy and any other websites, products and or services provided by LCM Design LLC.

PART 1: Privacy Policy

1. Collect and use of personal information
LCM Design is dedicated to the protection of personal information collected on its Websites and is the sole proprietor of this information. While using the Websites you might come across forms and contact pages where your personal information (such as name, address, telephone number, email…) will be collected in order for us to better service your needs and or provide assistance.

This personal information will most likely be stored in LCMD Design’s databases and those of third party hosting companies and used to provide you with information on products and services if you have elected to do so. This information will not in any circumstances be rented, shared and or sold to a third party for their promotional use or those of others outside of LCM Design.

From time to time, LCM Design might enter into a contract agreement with a provider where disclosure of your personal information might be necessary to provide you with services and or products you have expressed interest in (for example: if you subscribed to one of our services, which requires the use of a third party such as a printing company, disclosure of all or part of your private information might be required to register your identity with the printing company). We will to the extent of our ability require from those third parties that your personal information be kept strictly confidential.

We may also have to disclose your personal information in all good faith when we believe that disclosure is required by law and to accredited government agencies upon proper request.

2. Third-party websites
We might provide on our Websites link to third-party websites that are believed to provide useful information or are partnering with LCM Design. Because we do not control the policies and practices of those third parties we do not make any representation on how they might collect and use personal information, and you are strongly invited to review their privacy statement.

3. Protection and Storage of Personal Information
LCM Design stores personal information in a database on its' computers and those owned by third party web hosting companies. Our computers and those of the third party hosting companies have security measures (such as a firewall) in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under LCM Design control. Not withstanding such measures, we cannot guarantee that the security measures will prevent the computers from being illegally accessed, and the personal information on them stolen or altered.

4. Accounts, Passwords and Security
Certain features or services offered on or through the Websites may require you to open an account (including setting up an ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify LCM Design immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. LCM Design will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

5. Use of Internet Based Technologies
We keep track of activity on our Websites by log files stored on web servers. We can collect information such as IP address, browser type and version, and pages you view. We also keep track of how you got to our site and any links you click on to leave our site. Once you leave our site, we do not track any of your browsing behaviors. We use your website activity to assist us in offering you a personalized Web experience, assist you with technical support, diagnose problems with our server, and administer our websites and to tailor our product and service offerings to you. We are not at this time using internet base technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels or transparent GIF file to help manage our websites and or collect information related to visitor’s browsing interest. However, LCM Design reserves the right to implement those “non intrusive” technologies and visitor’s are encouraged to revisit frequently this Privacy Policy which will be updated if such technologies were to be used on our Websites.

6. Emailing Policy
LCM Design provides users the opportunity to opt-in, opt-out when you sign-up for our email lists and in email messages delivered from our company in compliance with our emailing policy. However some communications (e.g. important account notifications and billing information) are mandatory to properly maintain and service your account. You will be required to cancel your account to unsubscribe from these communications. To do so, please send us an email at contactus@boat-mail.net.

7. Subscriber representation
Paying customers (Subscribers) represent and agree that, while conducting their business relationship with LCM Design, they will abide by all applicable laws and our emailing policy, as referenced herein, and shall obtain consent for same from any third party from whom personal information is provided to LCM Design. You also represent that the intended use of such third party’s personal information, and how they can access, correct and remove such data was clearly explained to them by you.
